Make your own, delicious gluten free bread, consisting gluten free oat flakes, pumpkin seeds, almonds, chia, a mix of herbs and sea salt. 7 grams of natural fiber, 11g of protein and nothing artificial. You can smell and taste the goodness when the crusty bread comes out of the oven.
Very easy to make: just add the content of the bag into 2.5 cups of water, stir, let rise and bake for 50 minutes in a baking pan. Tastes great with German charcuterie, cheese, jams or honey.
