Pickerd’s chopped, freeze-dried mango are incredibly flavorful and perfect for adding natural fruit flavor and texture to cookie or cake batter. Also you can add the peach-colored sprinkles as a colorful highlight to frosted cakes, muffins, cupcakes and desserts. 20 g freeze-dried chopped mango correspond to approx. 130 g fresh mango.
