The famous milk chocolate cookie sandwich, embossed with a princely figure. Invented 1870 by the Belgian master baker Edouard de Beukelaer, the “Prinzenrolle” is Europe’s first “Doppelkeks” (two cookie rounds with a filling of chocolate or other creams).
Made in Germany, by Griesson-de Beukelaer, based in Polch (Rhineland-Palatine).
